Phil Summers bought a 70-year-old home in Lafayette Park in 1989, because he loves the atmosphere and accessibility of this Midtown neighborhood. Presently, he has completed Midtown Design Center Building and lives on the top floor in the Penthouse, a new concept in urban living right here in Tallahassee.

Barry Trotman is a life long resident of Tallahassee. He attended Leon High School and graduated in 1997. After serving fours years in the United States Army Barry returned to Tallahassee and attended Florida State University. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in History.

Alex Szaro has been a Tallahassee resident since moving here from Miami, FL in the spring of 1995. After attending FloridaStateUniversity, he decided to make Tallahassee his permanent home. He has been selling real estate in the Tallahassee area for more than five years.
